Shigeo Kageyama, nicknamed "Mob," looks like a totally average kid who blends into the background, but he’s actually an incredibly powerful psychic. To keep his powers from exploding out of control, he bottles up his emotions until they hit a "100%" breaking point. He works for Reigen Arataka, a charming fake psychic who uses Mob to do all the real work for his business.
